Payment policy

This policy forms part of our Terms & conditions and applies to every order.

How you can pay

Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
Apple Pay and Google Pay on a supported device
Shop Pay, Shopify's fast checkout with saved details

The methods shown at checkout are the ones we accept at that moment. We do not accept bank transfer, cheque or cash, and we never ask you to pay outside our checkout.

Paying step by step

Choose your payment method at checkout.
Enter your details or confirm on your device. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure).
After approval you receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices and currency

All prices include VAT. In the United Kingdom, prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown when you place your order applies. We do not charge a fee for any payment method. Fees charged by your own bank are borne by you and are not refunded.

When we charge

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. An order is processed and shipped only after the payment has been authorised. If a payment fails, is cancelled or is reversed, the order is not shipped.

Security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Order checks

Every order is screened for fraud. We may ask you to confirm order details, and may hold or cancel an order that cannot be verified. The billing name must match the holder of the payment method. We do not ship to parcel-forwarding services. If we cancel an order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Authorised use

By paying, you confirm that you are the holder of the payment method or are authorised by the holder to use it.

Discount codes

When we offer a discount code, its conditions and period are stated with it. One code per order; codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and cannot be added after the order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method, in the original currency, for the amount paid. When refunds are due is set out in our Returns & refunds policy.
